ØOMO takes place on the Pobednik Plateau, in the Upper Town of Belgrade Fortress, above the confluence of the Sava and Danube. Across twelve hours—from daylight, through sunset, and deep into the night—the fortress, rivers and panorama become part of the festival experience.

ØOMO se održava na Platou kod Pobednika, u Gornjem gradu Beogradske tvrđave, iznad ušća Save u Dunav. Tokom dvanaest sati — od dnevnog svetla, preko zalaska, do duboko u noć — tvrđava, reke i panorama postaju deo festivalskog iskustva.
